Nature of Service Disclosure
What Scryer Labs Is
Scryer Labs is a trading strategy marketplace. We publish hand-built TradingView strategies and deliver access to subscribers via TradingView's invite-only script mechanism. All subscribers to a given Strategy receive identical strategy logic. Scryer Labs does not hold, access, or control subscriber funds or brokerage accounts at any time.
What Scryer Labs Is NOT
Not an investment adviser. Scryer Labs is not an investment adviser, registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner. Scryer Labs is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulatory authority in any such capacity.
Does not provide personalised advice. Our Strategies are general in nature and published uniformly to all subscribers. Strategies are not tailored to any individual subscriber's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or personal needs.
Does not manage client accounts. We do not have custody of, access to, or control over your funds, brokerage accounts, or trading accounts. We do not place, execute, modify, or cancel trades on your behalf.
No access to your brokerage. We never collect, store, or transmit your brokerage login credentials, API keys, passwords, or authentication tokens.
Does not control your automation. If you choose to use a third-party automation provider (such as TradersPost) to automate trade execution from Strategy alerts, that automation provider is independently selected, configured, and controlled by you.
Trading Risk Disclosure
TRADING IN SECURITIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS.
You can lose money, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past results, whether live or backtested, are not necessarily indicative of future results. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- You can lose money. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical performance does not guarantee or predict future performance.
- Markets are unpredictable. Securities markets are subject to volatility, liquidity constraints, gaps, flash crashes, and other factors beyond any strategy's control.
- Execution risks exist. Actual trade execution may differ due to slippage, partial fills, market impact, commissions, and fees.
- Technology can fail. TradingView, automation systems, brokerage platforms, and internet connectivity can experience outages, delays, and errors.
- No guarantee of profitability. There is no guarantee that any Strategy or strategy will result in a profit or avoid a loss.

Automated Trading Systems Risk Disclosure
If you choose to automate the execution of Strategy alerts using a third-party automation provider, you should be aware of the following risks:
Automated trading systems involve inherent risks, including significant financial loss.
Predetermined algorithms may not fully adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, extreme volatility, low liquidity, or other unusual events.
- Automation requires experience and skill. Risks include misconfiguration, unintended trade execution, excessive position sizes, and duplicated orders.
- You are solely responsible for configuring, testing, and monitoring your automation. Thoroughly test your configuration before activating with real capital.
- You are responsible for monitoring your positions at all times. Never assume that your automated setup is functioning correctly without independent verification.
Hypothetical and Backtested Performance Disclosure
Scryer Labs may display hypothetical backtested performance results for its Strategies. If we display any such results, the following disclosures apply:
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading.
Additional Limitations of Backtested Results
- Backtested results are generated after the fact with the benefit of hindsight.
- Backtested results do not account for slippage, commissions, brokerage fees, or other transaction costs.
- Backtested results do not account for market impact or liquidity constraints.
- Backtested results cannot account for the psychological impact of real financial risk on trading decisions.
- Backtested results may reflect survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, curve-fitting, or overfitting to historical data.
Strategy Delivery and Technology Disclosure
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranty. Strategy delivery relies on TradingView's invite-only script mechanism, internet connectivity, and other third-party infrastructure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Strategy access.
Strategy access may be interrupted due to TradingView platform issues, server outages, network congestion, or other technical factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Services Disclosure
Scryer Labs may reference, link to, or be used in conjunction with third-party services, including TradingView, third-party trade automation providers (such as TradersPost), brokerage firms, and data providers.
Scryer Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Strategy Selection Disclosure
Scryer Labs offers multiple Strategies with different parameters. You are solely responsible for selecting which Strategy(s) to subscribe to.
Display of Strategy descriptions, parameters, and performance data is provided for your information only and does not constitute a recommendation that any particular Strategy is suitable for you.
Client Autonomy Disclosure
As a Scryer Labs subscriber, you retain full, real-time, unilateral control over your interaction with the Service at all times:
Ignore any strategy signal — there is no obligation to act on any alert generated by a Strategy
Exit, modify, or override any position at any time through your own brokerage account
Disconnect your automation provider at any time without Scryer Labs' involvement or approval
Change Strategy subscriptions at any time
Cancel and terminate your use of the Service at any time
None of these actions require Scryer Labs' involvement, permission, or approval. You are an independent decision-maker at all times.
No Fiduciary Relationship
Your subscription does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Scryer Labs. Scryer Labs is a trading strategy publisher, not your investment adviser, broker, financial planner, or agent.

Scryer Labs support staff are available to assist with technical questions about the Service only.
Scryer Labs support staff do not provide investment advice.
Support staff do not provide trading recommendations or individualised guidance on risk levels, position sizing, or strategy selection. If you require personalised financial guidance, please consult with a qualified and licensed financial adviser.
Regulatory Status Disclosure
Scryer Labs LLC is a trading strategy publishing company organised in North Carolina, United States.
Scryer Labs is not registered with any of the following:
- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) — not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) — not registered as a broker-dealer or member firm
- Any state securities regulatory authority — not registered as a state-level investment adviser
The Service operates consistent with the publisher's exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, §202(a)(11)(D), as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985).

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
